Rubys Applesauce with Cranberries

Ingredients
  • 2 ea Apple
  • 1 cup Cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Cranberry Juice
  • 1 ea Ground Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 Tbsp Agave Nector raw
Instructions
  1. Combine apples and cranberries in sauce pan. Pour in enough juice to barely cover fruit.

  2. Add cinnamon and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until fruit is sauce.

  3. Use potato masher on fruit to get it to desired texture.

  4. Cover and chill.
