Ingredients
  • 3 cup Almond Milk
  • 3/4 cup Coconut Sugar
  • pinch Salt
  • 4 ea Egg Yolk
  • 1 Tbsp Gelatin
  • 1/4 Tbsp Vodka
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine almond milk, sugar and salt.

  2. Stir constantly until sugar is disoved.

  3. Beat egg yolks.

  4. After sugar is disolved, pour a steady stream of the mixture into the egg yolks, whisking constantly.

  5. Return mixture to stove over low heat. Stir constantly until the mixture thickens; 5-15 minutes.

  6. Add gelatin and stir until it desolves.

  7. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and vodka.

  8. Churn and freeze.
