Paleo Dinner Rolls

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Arrowroot Flour
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 1 ea Egg
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Combine arrowroot flour with the salt and 1/4 cup of the coconut flour in a medium bowl. Mix well.

  3. Whisk the egg.

  4. Pour in oil and warm water and stir. Add the whisked egg and continue mixing until well combined.

  5. If mixture is too thin, add 1 Tbsp coconut flour until mixture is soft but somewhat sticky.

  6. Scoop out about 2 Tbsp of the dough and roll into balls. You will make about 10 rolls. 

  7. Use extra flour on hands so dough does not stick.

  8. Place each roll on a greased baking pan or parchment paper.
