In order to use these tools you must have access to the following:
- High-speed Internet Access
- Bandwidth of 150 kbps (500 kbps is best)
- Webcam or built-in camera
- Microphone and speakers

- Mozilla Firefox (except Android and iOS)
- Safari (do not use private mode)
- Google Chrome
- Internet Browser (Android)
JavaScript and Cookies must be enabled. Close all other video conferencing programs, such as WebEx, Skype, GoToMeeting.
