- 1 lb Ground Italian Turkey Sausage
- 1 large Sweet Potato
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
- 4 cups Turkey Bone Broth
- 1 can Black Beans drained
- 2 Tbsp Kale chopped
- 1 cup Quinoa
- 1 cup Brown Rice
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Tumeric
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 cups Water
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Brown Turkey Sausage

Dice Sweet Potato

Chop Kale

Cook Quinoa and Brown Rice per package instructions. You may cook these in same pot.

In a large pot add the Olive Oil, Turkey Sausage and diced Sweet Potato. Heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

Add Turkey Bone Broth, Water and all spices. Cook at low heat until sweet potato is soft.

Add Kale, Quinoa, Brown Rice and beans. Continue to cook for 5 minutes.
