Ingredients
- 8 ea Granny Smith Apples
- 2 ea Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 2 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Topping
- 4 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 3/4 cup Pecans raw
- 3/4 cup Walnuts
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions

Peal and slice the apples. Mix the juice with the apples, warmed melted honey and cinnamon.

Put the apples in a medium glass baking dish.
Topping

Heat the nuts, oil, salt and 1 Tbsp honey over medium heat until well mixed.

Spread the topping evenly over the apples.

Bake for 30 minutes on 350 covered. Remove cover and cook for 30 minutes more.

Top with Coconut Whipped Cream
